If your name is not yet updated to our system, you are still able to use your Smartum benefits normally via SmartumPay App. SmartumPay can be downloaded on your mobile device from AppStore, Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery.

SmartumPlus: What do I do if my name changes?

  • Note! If your company uses SmartumPlus benefits instead of traditional Smartum benefits (saldo/voucher), you should inform the one person with rights to order benefits in your company. This person can change your name in the employee listing. If you are unsure what kind of benefits your comapany has, you can check this in SmartumPay application by clicking "Show saldos". You can always ask more information from your employee.
