You will receive an invitation link to your e-mail, with which you can accept your SmartumPlus benefits by authenticating yourself with your online banking codes or Mobile ID. After authenticating, download the free of charge SmartumPlus mobile app and log in with your online banking codes or mobile certificate. With SmartumPay you can start using your benefits right away. In addition to hassle-free paying, you can also see your benefit amounts and their validity periods staright from SmartumPay.

If you have previously used SmartumPay and logged in with Smartum username, you must first log out and then log in with your online banking codes or Mobile Certificate.

When you have successfully enrolled in the benefit, your employer will review all registrations and then distribute the benefits for employees to use. You will receive a notification by email when the benefits are available for use in your account.

If there has been any uncertainty about the timing of the distribution of balance benefits, it is advisable to confirm that timing with your employer.
