You can edit the account number of your company or venue in the service provider manager role in Smartum’s web service. You can edit the account number under the title ‘Customer information’ on the left-side menu. If your company is only using one account number for settlements, you can edit the account number under this section.
If your venues are using different account numbers, you can add and edit venue-specific account numbers via ‘Venue list’. You can edit the account number of a venue by clicking on the pencil symbol. When you add an account number for a venue, the settlements to the venue in question will be paid to this account. If the venue does not have a specific account number of its own, the settlements will be paid to the account number provided in ‘Customer information’.
