In the latest version of SmartumPlus, no advance payment is charged for the order. Benefits are released to employees as soon as the order has been placed. The employee must accept the benefits for their use via an email link and using strong authentication.

The employee must then download the SmartumPay application and log in to the app with online banking codes or a Mobile Certificate. If the employee have previously used SmartumPay and logged in with Smartum username, he/she must first log out and then log in with online banking codes or a Mobile Certificate.
