You can join Smartum's network here. Joining the Smartum network is completely free - you only pay a service fee for the Smartum payments you receive. After filling out the subscription form, we will process your subscription and you’ll receive additional information and materials by email and mail.
What services can a customer pay for with their Smartum massage benefit, can it be used to pay for hot stone treatments, for example?
With the Smartum massage benefit, you can pay for a classic massage and sports massage. For example, hot stone treatments cannot be paid with Smartum.
Can physiotherapists join Smartum massage and physiotherapy network?
Physiotherapists are now a part of health benefit network. You can join our network as a health partner!
I have an exercise contract with Smartum. Can I attach a massage contract to an exercise contract?
Unfortunately, you cannot attach a massage contract to a sports contract, but you must enter into a separate contract for the massage.
