Via Smartum’s web service, you can view and manage payments and your information. You can log into the web service here. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the ‘Request a new password’ link and follow the instructions to receive a new password via email.

You can log into the web service in the roles of service provider manager, venue manager or accountant. You can see the role menu in the upper left corner of the page, and you can change the role selection from the drop-down menu in the upper corner. From the top drop-down menu, choose which business or venue information you are viewing and editing.

Service provider manager

As a service provider manager, you can edit the information on venues, view settlements and add users and new venues. When logging in, a page listing the company’s venues will open. You can edit information and users via the ‘Users’ section and the pencil symbol. You can see the settlements via ‘Settlement report’. You can also view and download reports in the accountant role.

At the top of the page, you can find the ‘Add new venue’ button through which you can add new venues on the contract. You can edit your company information via the ‘Customer information’ button.

Venue manager

When logging in as a venue manager, you can view the payment history and edit venue information and user information. You can edit venue information and user information via ‘Manage venue’ and ‘Venue users’.
