If an employee changes their name, they should call our customer service +358 600 149 88 between 8:30 and 16:00, and we will check and update the information. Unfortunately, we are unable to do this via email for security reasons.

SmartumPlus: What should I do if the name of an employee changes?
If your company uses SmartumPlus benefits, you can use the CSV-file to update the name:
--> Log in to PLUS online portal and save the CSV-file to your computer.
--> Change the needed name information.
--> Upload the file back to the portal.
