You can terminate the contract with Smartum and terminate venues in our online service in the role of the service provider manager. To terminate the entire agreement, go to “Customer Information” in the left menu and press “Terminate the contract”. Set an end date for the contract, which may be at the earliest the current day. After the set date, you will no longer be able to accept Smartum payment instruments.

If you only want to cancel a venue, go to “Venue list” and press the red check mark next to the desired venue. Set the end date of the venue, which may be at the earliest the current day. After the set date, the venue can no longer accept Smartum payment instruments.
