You can add and manage users by logging in to the Smartum online service.

The service provider manager can add another service provider manager or accountant from the “user management” section. The accountant can view settlement reports in the online service. The service provider manager can manage all contract information and terminate contracts. Note! If you want to remove the current service provider manager, contact our customer service. The venue users are edited in the “venue list” section by selecting the correct venue and then clicking “users”. It is possible to add a venue manager who can view the payment history and edit the venue information, or a cashier who can view the payment history.

Press “add user” to add a user. To edit user roles, select the user from the list and click “edit roles”. Select the roles you want to add or remove.

The venue manager can manage venue users under “venue list”. Press “add user” to add a user. To edit user roles, select the user from the list and click “edit roles”. Select the roles you want to add or remove. The venue manager can add the role of cashier.
